<h1 class="subject">Women's Workout-Abs?</h1>

I'm a relatively small girl, but I have a little bit of a stomach. I go to the gym regularly, to keep myself fit.

If I try to do things at home. I WILL NOT.

Will power = 0

GOING TO THE GYM keeps me doing something good :)

Now, I would like to trim a little tummy, and turn it into a nice, sleek and sexy stomach. Perhaps some abs, yes?

There are ab machines there, that I use.

Also sit ups with a medicine ball for my arms.

I would like to know,

HOW MANY REPS ON THE AB MACHINES SHOULD I DO? :O

And at what kind of weight. (As much as I could do? Lighter than I can do.. etc.)

And the same with sit ups,

And the same with trimming up my stomach on the other machines. :)


Running is about the best thing that you can do to tone down your body. Trust me, running every day will do you wonders.
