<h1 class="subject">Sexy Abs help!?</h1>

I think britney's abs used to be really sexy

and I read somewhere that she did 1,000 sit ups a day.

so I've been doing 25, every 15 minutes. for 10 hours.

but I'm wondering, are sit ups enough? or is there some special way to do it to get sexy abs. because I really don't want gross man looking abs.

I want sexy woman abs.

All those sit ups will strengthen your abs but exercise needs to be done along with fat loss. When you says sexy abs does that mean flat stomach or flat stomach with rippling ab muscles? Doing X amount of sit ups a day will not target fat loss in your stomach area, you must create a calorie deficiency (i.e. 2,000 calories in and 3,000 calories out per day) to lose fat and exercise to create tone. Your tone will show once bodyfat % is reduced.

You have to be consistant. So do X amount a day, your choice of course but ease your way up, start easy. Also no sit-ups are not enough. But you can add a dumbbell or plate to crunches to add difficulty.Believe it or not but riding a bike can help your abs alot, also do the plank where u get into a push up position but go on your bent elbows instead of hands and hold, don't sag your stomach straight line from your nose to toes.

Start small... Do like 50 or 100 a day. It's more important to be consistent than to do a bunch of situps and not keep up with it. You have a life, right? You can't just stop every 15 minutes to do situps. I bet she started off doing like 50 situps a day.
